WHO CAN BECOME A MEMBER?

Your organization must be a bonafide Charitable Institution.   A Food Relief NQ Agreement must be completed and  returned along with copies of the following documentation:  Tax Exemption as a Charitable Entity (OR) Certificate of Fellowship (OR) Letter of Patent as a Religious and Charitable Organization (AND) a current Public and products Liability ‘Certificate of Currency’.  There is a small annual membership fee.
 

A full copy of the Rules and Regulations of Food Relief NQ along with identification cards will be provided.
